UNICORN was asked 2005 by the PR agency “EWC events” to write a song for events they arranged at the night club ”Trädgårn” in Gothenburg, Sweden. UNICORN didn’t earn anything from the assignment (other than owning the rights etc), but accepted the mission because it was a chance to have the UNICORN music played on Gothenburg’s biggest dance floor every Tuesday in the summer of 2005. At that time “IceCream” became an instrumental trance version.
In 2024, UNICORN collaborated with the songwriter Julia, who wrote lyrics for UNICORN’s original intended song melody to “IceCream”. (137 bpm).
